OFFICE HOURS

Open 8 am – 8 pm

Closed 11 am-2 pm ~ for cleaning and maintenance.

QUIET TIME:

11:00 pm – 8:00 AM

SITES AND FEES:

All site numbers are tentative as we may have to adjust sites to accommodate individuals & groups. We reserve the right to assign and reassign sites as we see fit.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Site fees include 1 vehicle,1 sleeping unit.

If additional parking is required for extra vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., the parking spaces must be reserved and are $10 +tax, per night.

We do not allow tenting on the 30-amp RV sites.

Site maximum is 6 persons.

You are responsible for all persons & pets registered with your party and all costs associated with your stay.

DRIVE SLOWLY:

Walking pace is the right pace. Thank you.

PETS:

Your pet is welcome as part of your family.

Please always keep on a leash and clean up after.

There is an off-leash dog park at over the bridge on Old Town Rd.  Public Beach.

Incessant barking or your dog running free will result in you being asked to leave.

FIREWOOD & CAMPFIRE POLICY INFORMATION:

PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR FIREWOOD AT THE OFFICE.

Your fire-pit is NOT a garbage can and is for clean, dry, well-seasoned firewood only.

IF WE ARE IN FIRE BAN, NO woodburning campfires, candles, tiki lights, sky lanterns, fireworks, or charcoal briquettes.

Visitors are welcome.

OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS OF NOTE:

This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or guests’ property or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. We work extremely hard to give you a clean, safe environment to enjoy while away from home. If you see a problem, please let us know as soon as possible so we may deal with it in a timely manner. Please respect your neighbours, our staff, and our property. You will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, if found damaging or destroying our property, other’s property, or being abusive in any way, shape, or form. Charges WILL apply for damages/ repairs/excessive site cleaning.

We have committed to reserving a site for you, and as such, are turning others away. Your commitment to us, is that you will pay for your site or cancel with enough notice, that we may re-book it for others.

You enter the property AT YOUR OWN RISK and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of all in your care.  Please do not park extra vehicles in the roadway or other sites.

We take fires VERY seriously!

They must be carefully monitored. Someone MUST BE PRESENT at ALL time.

Wood is for sale at the office for $30 per wheelbarrow.

A WATER BUCKET needs to be filled with enough water to fully extinguish the fire and kept next to your fire at all times. You can borrow a bucket if needed.

Fires CANNOT be left smoldering and/or unattended, day or night.

Do not burn garbage.

Garbage bin is behind the office.

Be BEAR AWARE! We do have bears visit the campground. Do not leave food or garbage sitting out. Keep your eyes open and watch your children and pets! DO NOT BURN GARBAGE in your fire pit as the smell attracts the bears and other WILDLIFE. Leave no food or garbage out in your site day or night.

ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED AND QUIET and, in your room or trailer, if left unattended on site. Your must let the cleaning staff know.

THERE IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET AND IF THIS POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED YOUR STAY WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. WE TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY!

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for offensive, violent, or disruptive behavior’s.

QUIET TIME: 11PM-8AM

 Please keep noise at a respectable level at all hours. Visitors need to leave the campground by 11 pm.

CHECK OUT: 11AM.  If you wish to extend, please visit the office before this time to see if we have availability.

Upon checkout, if your unit requires EXTRA CLEANING OR REPAIR; a fee will be applied to your account. This includes damage to hot-tubs, anything in your room, cans, bottles, or garbage in the fire pit, pet waste, cigarette butts, sunflower or pistachio seeds discarded on the ground, or damage to tables or trees. Your site must be the same or better than you found it. 

The campground, owners or employees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to adjust these rules as circumstances require.

EVACUATION PROCEDURE:

i.e., Forest Fire

If we become aware of a situation requiring evacuation, we will blast an air horn for attention and let you know what we know.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

For cancellations made WITHIN 10 DAYS of your arrival date:

NO REFUNDS

Reservations of 3 nights or more, as well as any group reservations, will have a $100 cancellation fee withheld and the balance refunded. This fee is per unit booked.
